Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an EHS Systems Support Contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for Global Safety & Environment digital systems and applications.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our digital strategy.
o Assist users in resolving technical problems and provide guidance on system usage by working with our partners in IT and ensuring defined processes are followed.
o Create and maintain documentation and resources for digital systems, including SharePoint User Success Centre's, Training Documentation, and other material.
o Assist with the generation of reports from our Global Safety & Environment Enterprise Systems.
o Work with our partners to manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams or vendors when necessary.
Keep users informed about the status of their requests.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, and business units, to identify and implement system enhancements and optimizations.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving system usability and performance.
o Monitor system tickets and performance metrics to identify potential issues or trends.
Generate regular reports on system performance, user feedback, and support ticket statistics.
o Support the implementation of digital tools by developing and executing site communication, training, and site adoption project plans.
o Assist in creating and editing content for various communication channels, including newsletters, website content, and internal communications.
Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the organization's brand and messaging.
o Support internal communication efforts by assisting in the development and distribution of internal newsletters, memos, and announcements.
o Assist in monitoring and analysing communication metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates.
Prepare reports and provide insights to improve communication strategies and tactics.
Quals-- Our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team is passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world while maintaining worker health and safety as our number one priority.
EHS experience is required / digital marketing or, marketing Communication background.
o Undergraduate Degree o 2
Years of Professional Experience.
o Team player capable of working collaboratively within a global, multi-functional team environment within and outside of the EHS organization.
o Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
o Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with a diverse set of customers/stakeholders.
o Experience working with and implementing Digital System solutions.
o Strong project management skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams).
o Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to prioritize based on customer needs and business goals, Preferred Experience and Skills o Direct experience managing a site or corporate level EHS program.
o Direct experience building and/or maintaining a digital solution.
o Experience with Enablon and Qlik Sense.
