We are seeking a dynamic and experienced S r . Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive its continued success . The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing a team, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product awareness, revenue growth, and market penetration. o Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales, medical affairs, and other departments for integrated execution. 2. Brand Management:
o Oversee the development and implementation of brand positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns. o Monitor brand performance, market share, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and differentiation. o Ensure brand consistency and adherence to marketing guidelines across all channels and touchpoints. o Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional development and individual performance. o Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team, encouraging creativity, innovation, and accountability. 4. Market Analysis and Forecasting:
o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities. o Monitor market dynamics, pricing strategies, and regulatory changes impacting s egment s , providing recommendations to ensure competitive advantage. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and market access, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. o Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and key opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility and maximize marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing , Business Administration, or a related field. o Proven experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on specialty medications. o Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals. o Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. o Solid understanding of the market and related dynamics. o Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence key stakeholders. o Proven track record of successful brand management and marketing campaign execution. o Familiarity with regulatory compliance and market access considerations within the pharmaceutical industry.
