Summary:
Performs a combination of tasks including but not limited to receiving, filling, shipping, and inspecting orders accurately and in a timely manner; efficiently and safely loads, unloads, and conveys materials.

00PM ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
1.
1.
Reports to the Material Supervisor (formally Receiving/Inventory Supervisor) 1.
2.
Assist with the Receiving of finished goods, raw material and miscellaneous per procedure 1.
3.
To check for any visible damage to product caused in transit 1.
4.
Identify and segregate material per batch / Lot, Etc 1.
5.
Verify all corresponding paperwork is supplied with in-coming shipment(s) per procedure and notify Purchasing, Manufacturing Manager, Materials Manager and QC department if discrepancies are found 1.
6.
Set aside product for QC in-coming inspection 1.
7.
Verify weight on spools, quantity of spools, containers, coils, Etc.
is accurate 1.
8.
Assist with the tagging each spool of wire, coil and/or container and assign a suitable location 1.
9.
To systematically and physically move materials to designated areas 1.
10.
To issue material to all departments per established procedure 1.
11.
To maintain appropriate protocols for raw materials, finished goods and loft inventory 1.
12.
To notify Material Supervisor (formally Receiving/Inventory Supervisor) and QC if discrepancies are Found 1.
13.
To maintain the Inventory and Receiving areas cleaned and safe to all personnel 1.
14.
Carry out other duties as tasked by Direct/Indirect Supervisor(s)/Managers 2.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Continually required to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Frequently required to bend or kneel.
2.
3.
Continually required to utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and use a keyboard.

4.
Frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds.

Frequently required to work near moving mechanical parts.

6.
Frequently exposed to loud noise.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED.

2.
Must be proficient in and willing to gain more math skills and knowledge.

3.
Able to use a Handheld Scanner.

4.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as receiving paperwork and company's production documents.

5.
Acute attention to detail.

6.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
