About the Role:
We are seeking an Application Configurator to join our Global Workplace and Enterprise Services (GWES) division's Smart Building Innovations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring our company's global workplace app, which will be rolled out in multiple sites worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Configure the company's global workplace app.
Collaborate with site leads and stakeholders.
Learn a new program quickly.
Familiarize yourself with mobile apps and the development process.
Utilize agile project management and JIRA.
Utilize Programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including IT, marketing, facilities, and real estate.
Qualification:
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
Open to candidates with lower than a bachelor's degree if they have relevant experience.
Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in a professional environment.
Required Skills:
Mobile app configuration and technical IT work experience.
UI/UX design experience and customer-facing experience.
No development work required.
Experience with agile project management and JIRA.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
