You will be a product expert and responsible for delivering product functionality knowledge to our internal channels.
The Global Product Adoption is a team structured under the Global Customer Success function and is responsible for designing and executing knowledge transfer processes for educating internal after sales channels on product use, functionality, and best practices for customer ultimate feature adoption.
One of our key success factors is when our customers are able to maximize the value of our products, therefore, Product Adoption is an essential focus area for us.
As a Senior Product Adoption Specialist, you will be responsible for executing global Product Adoption strategy as well as contributing to global onboarding and certification processes.
In this role you will be also addressing internal knowledge queries and training requests on demand and reporting to the Global Product Adoption Lead you will be able to manage varied tasks with various priorities and have close relationships with key regional and global stakeholders.
Key Functions Work Independently and as a Team member with Integrity Precision Accomplishment Motivational Ambition Respect Inclusion Gaining a deep understanding of products and services and its value and potential for customers Designing and delivering on knowledge transfer and training programs to educate internal after sales channels on product use, functionality and best practices for ultimate feature adoption Planning and prioritizing training and knowledge transfer activities as part of product introductions and ongoing needs throughout the product lifecycle Addressing ongoing internal product functionality knowledge gaps and training requests on demand Be the Subject Matter Expert for Training Development Team as well as for Global Technology Support Team Maintaining close relationship with key stakeholders at market and above levels Closely collaborating with other Customer Experience Teams EducationBachelor degree in Education, Training, HR, Management, or related fieldExperience Skills KnowledgeRequired Five years related work experience in the Beef Animal Health sector (Feedlot, Cow/Calf) Principled communication and presentation skills Experience in design and delivery of high-quality training in a variety of environments Creating and delivering presentations Creative and innovative thinking and customer centric orientation that will drive effective and meaningful learning experience Familiar with traditional and modern training processes Experience in global organizations and processes Ability to quickly absorb knowledge and orientation to technology Able to possess multi-tasking skills and work to tight deadlines and be flexible in approach to work TravelUp to 25%NOTICE FOR INTERNAL APPLICANTSIn accordance with Managers' Policy - Job Posting and Employee Placement, all employees subject to this policy are required to have a minimum of twelve (12) months of service in current position prior to applying for open positions.

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$80,320.
00 - $126,500.
00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
