Mines and analyzes data from disparate databases/sources to drive optimization and improvement. Understands the complexity/dependencies between data in multiple teams, platforms (people, technologies) Communicates intensively with other platform/competencies to understand new trends and methodologies being implemented/considered within the company ecosystem. Appreciates the customer/stakeholder's business needs/priorities and helps to build analyses that support our business goals. Establishes and manages the close relationship with customers/stakeholders. Accountable for ensuring that you deliver analyses with high quality standards, timeliness, compliance, and excellent user experience. Contributes to innovative experiments, specifically to idea generation, idea incubation and/or experimentation, identifying tangible and measurable criteria. Conducts profiling, standardization, and harmonization to collect business rules. Queries data to identify patterns and/or anomalies. Triages questions and/or issues Support testing efforts Develop optimization models. Manage business testing and validation of insights Detailed Activities:
Designs, builds, and maintains data pipeline architecture - ingest, process, and deliver data to stakeholders. Batch processes collected data, formats data in an optimized way to bring it analyze-ready. Ensures best practices sharing and cross the organization. Enables delivery of data-analytics projects Develops deep knowledge of the company's supported technology; understands the whole complexity/dependencies between multiple teams, platforms (people, technologies) Communicates intensively with other platform/competencies to comprehend new trends and methodologies being implemented/considered within the company ecosystem. Understands the customer/stakeholder's business needs/priorities and helps building solutions that support our business goals. Establishes and manages the close relationship with customers/stakeholders. Has overview of the date engineering market development to be able to come up/explore new ways of delivering pipelines to increase their value/contribution. Builds community of practice leveraging experience from delivering complex analytics projects. Includes roles such as Scientific Data Engineer (not exhaustive) Includes specializations within domains, such as R&D and Clinical (not exhaustive) Education:
Academic level - e.g., graduated bachelor's or master's degree in one of the STEM fields ideally applied on Biochemistry. Ideally with some experience in Life Scienc Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and big data approache Solid programming skills and knowledge of data bases, SQL and statistical method Programming language in Phyton, R, R-Shiny and good understanding in applying Large Lnaguage Models. Ideally experience with Tools like Power BI, Spotfire, Pipeleie Pilot / Knime Skills Required:
Experience manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting chemical and biological data. Design, develop and maintain data pipelines to extract data from a variety of sources and populate data lake and data warehouse. Develops and constructs data products and services and integrates them into their systems and business processes. Accesses, cleans, prepares the data, ensuring it can be reused as needed including AI/ML Data Management and Visualisation Business Intelligence Very good analytical and problem-solving skills working closely with the business areas in an interdisciplinary team. Effective at working with business partners to understand their needs to translate them into clear requirements. Good communication and coordination skills to align and manage activities, ideally with agile methodologies. Fluent in English; good communication skills.
